In line with the BMZ Strategy and the strategic priorities of the Government of Yemen and its institutions, Oxfam and its partners propose to implement an integrated livelihoods and WASH project in Aden, in collaboration with national institutions with the objective of contributing to building the resilience of crises affected people and institutions in Aden. As a project partner, ACWUA is responsible for the capacity building component within the project.
The sustainability of the new sewage infrastructure contingents on Local Water and Sanitation Corporation (LWSC) ability to operate and manage water and sanitation services. ACWUA as partner of the project works on building the capacity of LWSC in different technical and managerial aspects.
